What does Festive Finds by Amrita offer?

We offer thoughtfully selected Indian festive décor, pooja essentials, decorative accents, and gifts for celebrations and the home.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across the United States. Available shipping services and charges are shown at checkout based on the delivery address and package details.

How quickly are orders processed?

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing may take slightly longer during festivals, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Can I cancel an order?

Orders may be cancelled within one hour of purchase. If you need assistance, please email amrita@festivefindsbyamrita.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

What is your return policy?

Because many products are seasonal, limited-quantity, or handcrafted, all sales are generally final. In limited circumstances, a return may be approved at our discretion. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy before sending anything back.

What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Are variations in handcrafted products normal?

Yes. Slight variations in color, texture, finish, or handcrafted details are natural characteristics of many products and are not considered defects.
