Refund policy

At Festive Finds by Amrita, every item is carefully selected, inspected, and packed with care before shipment.

Because we are a small business and many of our products are seasonal, limited-quantity, or handcrafted, all sales are generally final.

In limited circumstances, we may approve a return at our discretion. If a return is approved for a reason other than an item arriving damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the merchandise value of the returned item.
• The item must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and returned in resalable condition.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Approved claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise will not be subject to the 30% restocking fee, and we will provide an appropriate resolution.

Slight variations in color, texture, finish, or handcrafted details are natural characteristics of many of our products and are not considered defects.

Clearance items, personalized items, customized items, and gift cards are final sale.

Please contact us before returning anything. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
