Shipping policy

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight and dimensions, and the shipping service selected. Available shipping options may include USPS and UPS.

Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. During holidays, festivals, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After the 1-hour cancellation window, orders cannot be cancelled through the customer account. If you need assistance, please contact us at amrita@festivefindsbyamrita.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout when available. Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. Festive Finds by Amrita is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Carrier Delays
Once a package has been handed over to USPS or UPS, delivery may occasionally be affected by weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and assist you.

Returns & Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a 30% restocking fee may apply in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
